• SVF Investment Corp. 3 (SVFC), a SoftBank sponsored SPAC, is in talks to merge with MapBox, a mapping technology company that describes itself as “Photoshop for maps” and portfolio company of SoftBank’s Vision Fund, at a valuation of between $1.5-2B, according to Sky News.

• $250M, 1/2 warrant
