1) Galileo Acquisition Corp (GLEO) is said to be nearing a merger deal with Shapeways, a 3D-printing technology company, at a valuation of $410M, according to Reuters.

$50M, no warrants, 1 right (1/10th of a share)

Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp. II (MCAD: $9.91) announced a merger deal with Better Therapeutics earlier this month
Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp I completed their merger with Playboy (PLBY: $53.35) in February
