Marquee Raine Acquisition Corp. (MRAC) is in talks to merge with Enjoy Technology, a “mobile retail store” that is partnered with companies like AT&T to offer home delivery and in-person set up of mobile devices, at a valuation of about $1.6B, according to Bloomberg.
