• Queen’s Gambit Growth Capital (GMBT) / Swvl PIPE was reduced by $20M as an investor exchanged its $20M PIPE investment for a $20M exchangeable note that will at closing be automatically converted into common shares at $9.10 per share

  • GMBT has now pre-funded $55.M ($33.5M converts at $8.50 per share and the remaining $20M at $9.10 per share) of the previously announced $100M PIPE and thus the PIPE has been reduced to $44.5M
